Based in the South East of England, G.I Landscapes (UK) Ltd have two divisions, our Grounds Maintenance Division has a growing portfolio of estates across the south East. Current clients include some of the UK's major property management companies such as First Port, HML Group, Town & City Management, Principle Estate Management, Kent Gateway, SDL Management, HSC Management and GEM Property Management.
Our Landscaping Division cover every aspect of landscaping from the garden design right through to the construction. We cover everything from small private garden overhauls and re landscapes to large construction sites working for companies such as Morgan Sindall, Crest Homes, Baxter Homes and ISG.
We also work alongside Kent County Council as a registered contractor and have complete safety policies in place, including Safe Contractor, Environment Agency Waste Carrier License and Construction Skills Certification Scheme accreditation.

We currently have teams looking after over 60 estates across the south east of the country. Under our management are the grounds surrounding houses and apartments, as well as communal areas, ranging from five-acre open grassland, to banksides, ponds and woodlands. As Kent County Council-registered contractor, we look after schools, leisure centres and public spaces - not just in Kent, but across London and the South East.

Today I had a young man by the name of Alex attend to the lawn mowing and hedge trimming in my complex. He did an amazing job. He was so polite and so professional, and took the time to ensure the hedges and lawns were done correctly and not just 'hacked' at with a strimmer, as they have been done in the past. Highly recommend this Company, and especially Alex.

GI Landscapes were paid £3,186 to fix our hedgerow. You can see from the images how poor a job they did. This is apparently fixed. It's quite obvious they have pocketed as much money as possible on this job, the works we received can't total more than a few hundred pounds in plants and man hours. After many complaints it is still in this state a year after original works took place. Do not use this company if you expect anything more than your grass mowed.
