I don’t think the non refundable fee of £180 is fair just for a quote. You don’t actually need to do any business. Couple of quotes a day at £180 and you’ve got a nice little earner without ever having to supply and fit.

Design of glass splashback and colours are lovely. Checked it over on arrival and all looked ok, when came to fitting it and took off a damaged plastic corner some of the backing paint was missing. I had to email and phone Cherry Glass Design twice before i received notification to fill in the colour myself. Not very good customer service!
