Alex grew up in Kent & East Sussex and so he knows the area like the back of his hand. He attended Cranbrook Grammar School before heading to the University of Manchester to study English Language & Spanish for which he received a 2:1. Alex has always been interested in property which stemmed from his parents love of renovating tired houses.
Pantiles Plumbing & Heating offer competitive rates for annual Gas Safety Certificates for your boiler and gas appliances as well as boiler services. We work closely with several local letting agents and private landlords to provide this service. It is a legal requirement that all properties that are to be let in the UK have Gas Safety Certificates for the boiler issued by a Gas Safe Registered Engineer.
This property had undergone a full decorative renovation and update. Pantiles Plumbing & Heating installed a full central heating system at the property as well as a complete family bathroom which had been designed as a collaboration between us and the owners. Please see the photographs below. The jewel in the crown is definitely the beautiful claw footed cast iron bath which sits in the middle of the bathroom.

I am not one for reviews, BUT I just had to for Pantiles Plumbing! HUGE Thanks to you guys for coming to the rescue!! I dont understand anything about plumbing and my heart falls when something goes wrong. PP were extremely efficient, helpful and professional, I would highly recommend them to anyone with future boiler issues!!!

Attended a low water pressure issue in some new plumbing. Advised that there was nothing wrong with the new pipe work and unless a pump was fitted nothing further could be done.
I was impressed. They offered good honest advice and were clearly not inclined to do work where none was required.
They're now on my emergency list.
Highly recommended.

They asked me to send photos which I did. They then asked for further photos which I sent. Despite chasing them further on 2 occasions I have heard nothing in response.
Utter timewasters. If, like me, you value common courtesy as a minimum when dealing with people then I suggest you avoid these and use one of the many other competent tradespeople around Tunbridge Wells.

We have used Pantiles Plumbing and Heating on our London Flat for various different jobs from replacing our boiler, to fixing leaking bathroom taps.
