Our big turning point was in 2000 when we were contracted to rebuild Pennance House at Swanpool, Falmouth.
We then went on to do extensive refurbishment at Rosilian in Flushing. Some years later, when this property was sold on, the new owners engaged us to do even more extensive alterations. To this day the values that Marnick Builders started with are still at the forefront of the company today.

From small extensions and refits to ultra-modern clifftop homes and everything in between, the majority of our projects have been in the residential sector. We can advise clients through the entire process, from initial design and planning right through to handing over the keys. Our craftsmen are well equipped to cater for Specialist heritage work and have extensive knowledge and experience in restoring grade I, II and II* listed buildings.
We understand that starting a project for many clients can be a daunting and potentially stressful experience, especially for first time builders. With this is mind we decided to put together a 5 point promise, to provide clients with the reassurance that we will always work with their best interests at the forefront.
At Marnick Builders we recognise the importance of training enthusiastic individuals for a career in the building trade, giving them the opportunity to learn and develop new skills. Over the years we have steadily grown our apprenticeship scheme and we are always looking to improve and expand our training programs.
Nick and team were outstanding. We live just outside of Mawnan Smith. We bought a 2 bed bungalow and candidly speaking, were feeling overwhelmed. It was January, it was cold, we had nowhere to live, but in the house whilst the work was being carried out. Nick and his team were nothing short of incredible, they were gentlemen and great at what they did.

Ours was not a simple kitchen renovation. The back of the old cottage was knocked down and Marnick transformed a tiny, dark, cold, damp space into a light, open, modern kitchen and cloakroom. Everyone was pleasant, cheerful and professional. We highly recommend Marnick Builders.

Marnick Builders worked on my house from February to July ( minus lockdown of course). During that time they reconfigured my kitchen and made an aperture for a range cooker. Plaster boarded and skimmed all the walls and ceilings in most rooms and dry lined them. Fitted a sun tunnel. Made a utility and cloakroom. I now love my house. At the announcement of lockdown they came and made everything safe, sockets put back in place, windows made secure etc. The lads were punctual, polite and professional. Well done Marnick
