A company is built around a team of individuals who are skilled in their respective field, are capable and are good listeners. Throughout our 29 years Larimar has built and then re-built teams of co-workers and we will always seek to improve what we do.
Larimar have been manufacturing furniture since 1988. We began life with natural woven furniture and while this still remains a small and valuable part of our business we have long since developed skills in fine quality case good, joinery and upholstery work. We produce any level of detailed shop drawing required by the client and our production team.
I wanted to share an update to this story with you as I had promised a way back in 2015. I added the short video by cut.com and while it talks about the beauty of the filipino it also gives an insight into how happy a people they generally are in spite of adversity. I flash back to 2015 meanwhile. I was talking to a good friend of mine the other day about what makes a good employee or co-worker as I refer to members of our team.
A place of hospitality conjures a feeling of sanctuary and escape. A destination where we can relax after the rigours of the day. A place we can refresh our bodies and our senses and a day later, perhaps, alight to the world outside with a new feeling of purpose. What would we do without the ubiquitous hotel?
