I have been very impressed with the service from Alan & Angela. We’ve had quite a few issues with our new build house since moving in and have found that red van plumbers have been extremely helpful and more than pleasant to deal with compared to the others so thank you. Dormer & Bath Pump Replacement.
Red Van replaced two pumps in our house. One pump supplies the dormer, bath, shower, basin and toilet and the other a first floor bath. Paul from Red Van fitted both pumps very professionally and did a great job with very little mess.
This is the third time I have used Red Van and they have been excellent on all occasions.

Appalling service. Contacted a week ago for replacement circulating pump for district heating scheme. Ops Director Jamie Howard meant to be finding out about the part. Emailed and called several times to follow up but was always told by very polite and helpful colleagues he was on the phone and would call back. After 3 days of no response I told them that an 85 year old in one house and a family with a baby in another were without heat and hot water and could they come back to us as we were getting desperate? Still no reply. In fact, if we hadn't contacted Slough Plumbing 4 days after our initial

Great service from start to finish.
Toilet was broken (cistern not filling up properly and very loud after flushing). Called The Red Van Plumbers and booked an appointment.
They arrived on time, wearing a face mask and sanitised hands before entering. The plumber also put covers over his shoes, which was good as I didn't need to ask him to take his shoes off.
The issue with the toilet was with the siphon. The plumber was able to fix there and then as he had a spare on his van.
Very professional and friendly service. We always use this company and have never had a bad experience. A1++++

we found a leak under the stone flooring, they sent an engineer within 30minutes, service was quick and he managed to identify the problem and fix it in a very short time. The engineer sent was a really friendly guy and we felt very comfortable with him in the house. I would highly recommend.

Had a shower problem that required a cartridge to be changed. First appointment had to be cancelled as tracked cartridge had not turned up on time, so understandably not their fault. When plumber arrived he first said he was here to service the boiler, so I corrected him. What I was disappointed about was the fact he didn't drain down the complete system before changing the part. This caused flooding in areas of the wet room bathroom that then led to water coming through a crack in the ceiling below. I guess he didn't have time to fully drain down the system as he had many more jobs to do throughout

I was a client of this company for 5 years and while the boiler was new they were happily collecting money for regular inspections. This year when we asked to check what was causing an issue with the boiler, they pretended that the issue was resolved (by doing the same band-aid fix we have been doing to keep the pressure up), collected the money and the issue reoccurred in a few days. When were asked to fix demanded more money to come back.

We had our boiler serviced by HTRVP, turner up as planned. 6 months later, boiler was playing up so took the decision to replace it. They recommended a Worcester Bosch, fitted very swiftly and the engineer was excellent. We also had a Nest thermostat fitted at the same time and set up too. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.
