Rosslee Construction was established in 1977, is an independent building company that has created an excellent reputation for itself by providing an efficient, friendly and quality service to its clients. We provide construction services to facilitate new builds, refurbishments, alterations, extensions, restoration, heritage and maintenance works to a diverse range of organisations and authorities in both the public and private sectors.
Our operations cover the North West region where we carry out construction and heritage works over a wide range of sectors; education, private, commercial, ecclesiastical, local authorities, insurance, healthcare and housing. We have an extensive commitment towards Health and Safety, Quality Management, Sustainable Construction and supply chain management.
All of which maintain our achievement of holding a British Standards Institute accredited ISO9001 Quality and ISO14001 Environmental Management System. We were delighted to help Broad Oak Primary School pupils plant the new dementia-friendly garden at the refurbished.

Services
Rosslee were finalists for two awards, B2B Business and Workforce Development. There was strong competition this year, with nearly 600 entries and nearly 200 people attended the evening event at Accrington Town Hall. The Christie Manchester to Blackpool Bike Ride is The Christie charity's largest cycling event that is attended by over 4,000 cyclists each year.
Rosslee Construction operates a policy to ensure that all operatives are fully trained to enable them to carry out their respective jobs in the safest and most efficient way possible. Rosslee Construction has an annual training programme and therefore Managers hold the SMSTS qualification as a minimum.
Health & Safety is of paramount importance to Rosslee Construction. The Company always stirves to ensure that the health and Safety of our staff, employees, the public and fellow contractors is top priority. Rosslee Construction has a comprehensive Company Health and Safety Policy and a management structure that indicates the levels of responsibility.
Over the years Rosslee Construction has carried out many contracts for a number of Local Authorities throughout the North West and Midlands. Local Authorities including Hyndburn BC, Blackburn & Darwen, Ribble Valley, Rossendale, Pendle, Bolton MBC, Oldham, Preston, Rochdale, Salford and Mansfield. We are also on Council Frameworks for Manchester City Council, Wigan Council and Lancashire County Council.
