Asked Spartan to replace a shower - the engineers turned up on time, and quickly did the job. They we’re polite, explained what they were doing, worked quickly, tidied up after themselves, took all rubbish away with them and checked I was happy with what they had done when they were finished.

Good communication and proper information about the charges before work.
£80 for first hour and £50 next hours for plumbing sounds reasonable but I paid £96 including tax for just 10 minutes inspection for a possible water leak which wasn't even identified or rectified.
That's why I feel the rates are bit high if we need to do a small repair or check.

Spartan were very efficient in the replacement of an existing boiler. Their engineers were very customer friendly and carried out the work in a very timely manner. I am extremely pleased that I selected Spartan for this job and will continue to use them for future servicing
