The small piece of slate that we ordered took weeks longer than the 2 weeks we were told it would and communication was not good. We were told that the price we paid would include a bag of adhesive but on collection were told it was "not on the invoice " so we had to pay extra. All in all not good customer service.

5 years ago we had a vision of what our new kitchen should look like. I sent some drawings to Ardosia for a number of 40mm worktops, upstands and splashback. They worked with us throughout the process to ensure we got what we wanted, and the quality of what we received was simply flawless, millimetre perfect on dimensions and mated together perfectly.
Once we were happy with the worktops we also ordered the floor tiles, which are just amazing in winter with the under-floor heating (the cat agrees). It looks as good today as it did when we built it.

The customer service with Ardosia Slate Company was very professional, totally understood our needs, even when we wern't sure, no pressure, just a first class service. Steve the fitter of the slate was very professional, and did a first class job. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, and recommend them.

We had been looking for slate to use for windowsills in a new extension. Checked many places on line but best prices and most helpful led us to Ardosia. Only contact was by telephone but so helpful, kept us up… to date with delivery. Quality of slate is superb and everyone (even the builders) have remarked on it. Delivery company used is also excellent! Definitely recommend

Fantastic service from all at Ardosia. Collected just 4 floor tiles for a small project & the staff couldn't have been more helpful both on the phone (Natalie!) & in person. Not a big sale for them but they went backwards & forwards with different tiles until I was happy with the match. Thank you everyone - would not hesitate to recommend you!
