Cannot fault the service from first exchange of emails, prompt arrival in modern clean van, new equipment, swiftly completed, carpets looking like new, and courteous "nothing is a problem" staff - Lawrence and Philip. would highly recommend ALS and will be doing so. have booked them annually going forwards. is there a 6 stars rating?

So I'm a tenant of a local estate agents who use this company and I had no say or notice that these guys would be round cleaning. They arrived around 7.40am and were immediately incredibly noisy, having no respect for the tenants sleeping inside. They were running up and down the stairs with heavy shoes, talking loudly to each other outside people's rooms. This happened during a strict lockdown by the government so they shouldn't have been here anyway. I also don't think they were wearing face masks, but I'm not 100% sure about that.

Can't believe how well my carpets came up.. before Christmas I hired someone who used a small portable machine and the carpets didn't look any different. These guys turned up with a much more professional machine that have literally made my white carpets look like new again. Friendly family business, who I will definitely have back and am in the process of arranging to clean the carpets of my car.
