We have extensive experience in constructing new houses and apartments from below ground to final finish. Our committed team of surveyors, supervisors and specialist tradesmen shall support you before, during and after your valued project, helping you to achieve the scheme you desire. Gower Street Church has had many identities over the years with its most recent being nightclubs, Bar 121 and Sin. The building has been left empty for the last few years and has fallen into disrepair but is structurally sound. The church is going to be converted into eight luxury apartments spread over three floors and consist of a mixture of four, three, two and one bed apartments.
The project at Grange Lodge in Ripley consisted of extensions to the side, front and rear of the property. The project was carried out to enhance the living facilities of the tenant. We also carried out a full refurbishment of the property including a number of internal alterations to allow for wheelchair access.

Littleover Building Services did a complete re-roof on our house following a poor repair by a previous company. The difference couldn't have been more marked. LBS were profesional from the outset, making us aware of ( and dealing with ) the necessary building control requirements when having a new roof . The team on site did a great job and the new roof looks fantastic, They were on site first thing and it was obvious they are experienced and skilled at what they do , working quietly and efficiently.
