Such a friendly and helpful firm to deal with.
I rang one morning because of an issue with our shower. Spoke to a really lovely lady (thank you Sally) who booked me in for an appointment later in the week.
About an hour later I had another call asking if I was in as one of their engineers had finished a job early and was free to take a look. So same day had the problem looked at and the new part ordered.
You can't ask for better service.
Highly recommended.

I won’t be bothering with this company again, they have let me down to many times. A few years ago I called their “emergency line” on New Years Day as my boiler broke down. Not only did they not call back that day but they NEVER called back. More recently I had a issue with my toilets plumbing. When I eventually got through (which took a considerable amount of time), a very abrupt lady made me feel I was a nuisance and it was all a massive inconvenience to them that I wanted to use their services and said they can’t visit me for another week. She also seemed surprised I didn’t know how

We've used Neil Robertson plumbing for a few years for servicing our unvented heating system and all plumbing work and have always found them to be excellent. Their staff have always been professional, polite and friendly. They are reliable and accommodating (even when we ask a lot of them!) and explain exactly what needs to be done. Can't recommend highly enough!

Neil Roberston Plumbing have done a number of jobs for me over the past few years and I have always found them to be very knowledgeable and helpful.
