GP Architects was formed in 1984 by George Plakides and until 1996 engaged very experienced and professional Architects to undertake a wide range of projects from Residential, Commercial and Leisure to Retail. We achieved an outstanding performance record and all our work was either repeat client base or recommendation.
After a ten year break, when George lived and practiced architecture in Cyprus, he returned to the UK and since 2006 is offering again full architectural services for private individuals, developers and companies who are looking for simple, professional and straightforward services. GP Architects is an established Architectural practice committed to quality design.

We undertake a wide range of projects from residential, commercial, leisure to retail. We cover all type of projects from extensions, conversions, refurbishment and new work. All aspects of projects are undertaken, such as basic advice on design, planning and statutory requirements to full project management services for small and large projects.
GP Architects' workload encompasses a great variety of project types executed over a long period of time from domestic extensions and roof conversions to larger developments. Designing and constructing private homes for individual clients is one of the most challenging areas to work in because each family lives in their own specific requirements.
