This company and its owner Erol are a good find. I contacted them from Yell.com and found them to be extremely competent, professional and reasonable. Dave, Erol and the team were polite and helped me to work out the best solution to a plumber that had advisedly me wrongly on a shower. Erol came out to fix something in my shower and kindly refitted a new dish washer for me. He was BEYOND helpful and did really good work. I will absolutely have him/Tailored Plumbing come back for all of the plumbing work I need.
I also think it's incredible customer service that all of the staff are knowedgable about the service. Miranda, who I scheduled the appointment with, was able to help me identify the problem just over email and confirmed the parts I need to order, which saved everyone a lot of time and an extra trip out. Cannot recommend this company enough!

Erol managed to replace our ancient lead bath waste system with a brand new modern one, very impressed with the results. Thanks again Erol! The team were polite and friendly all round, they managed to get us an appointment within a couple of days of us filling in their contact form and the end price charged was the same as their initial quote. Very pleased & impressed.

Excellent - arrived on time, charge was as quoted and work was quick and efficient. EDIT Had a second (planned) visit and not so impressive the second time around - always annoying when it's not such a good experience AFTER the review has been left. This time they were half an hour late (despite being parked outside my house from before the appointment time) and they didn't seem in so much of a hurry to complete the work, so it was more expensive than I expected. They also left without checking the boiler had been re-ignited resulting in a very cold shower for me that evening! If they could just
