These guys are complete crooks. Raphael is extremely rude and aggressive. Charged £90 cash in hand for 5 mins and did not fix the boiler. He was meant to follow up with the parts to fix the job on Monday but did not; instead I had to contact them. Avoid like the plague as these guys will try and rip you off. I wish I had read the reviews before contracting them

Rafael from Thames Plumbing is a con. Am out of pocket by £400 when he suggested my heating will work by flushing out the radiators. All he did was To basically pump the radiator with hot water from my electric shower making it look like the boiler is working. The radiators turned cold half hour after he left. Someone from Cowboy Builders should pay him a visit and expose him and his nasty tricks.

Raphael from Thames Plumbers has been twice now (and invoiced me nearly £500) and fault is not only fixed but seems to be worse. No heating No hot water. He is rather rude and intimidating, suggesting the problem is that WE are unable to diagnose for him exactly what the fault is. Not paying! But should have not called them in the first place.
