Poor communication and unreliable. I trusted Jamie to assist with a property I rent out in Kent. After telling me he would attend the next day I find out a month later from my tenant that he still has not attended. Jamie put the phone down on me when I asked what the delay was. Having to find someone else now - DO NOT USE
