I just wanted to say what an exceptional service this morning. We had your engineer (Mark) come to see us and he was fantastic, could not say anything higher about his honesty and integrity. We were informed to wait as our current boiler, although old was still in good working condition, which we will do, but we will contact you again when it does require replacement and we need our central heating system upgraded. Thank you.

A brilliant service from Boilertrust, and I'd recommend them to anyone.
I'd come home from work and my central heating wasn't on, checked the boiler and nothing was working. I knew I had a problem, so I called around and after speaking with Boilertrust I had one of their engineers come round.
Within a few minutes he'd established the problem and gave me a clear breakdown of the costs and what he'd have to do to fix it.
What impressed me most was there was no hidden costs, before the work started I had to sign the contract and agreed price, so I knew I wouldn't be getting charged by the hour
