Bournemouth Property Services is a family based company and was formed in 1998 by David Good. Through the team's hard work and determination the company has expanded and is able to offer a wide range of services to the local community. In 2011 BPS became BPS Builders Limited. We offer a personal service and our work is undertaken to a very high standard by a team of friendly and helpful professionals.
Our company is committed to staff training. Members of our team are qualified in Health and Safety Management (IOSH). We also hold (IPAF) working at heights licenses to allow us to use mobile access platforms and cherry pickers. We have staff on courses to include a Bcs Honors Degree in Construction Management.
Our customers include local schools and businesses, managing agents and private customers. Our work varies from new builds, renovations, house extensions and general building repairs, to all types of property maintenance and property services in Bournemouth, Poole and the surrounding areas.

We offer free quotations and construction advice to customers. We also offer an emergency call out service for building repairs in Poole and building repairs in Bournemouth.
BPS | Builders have an experienced property maintenance team that provide a high standard of repairs in the Bournemouth and Poole area. Regular property maintenance is essential in the up keep and management of any property. We maintain many properties locally and help to reduce the need for major building repairs caused by deterioration and neglect.
The BPS groundwork team consists of hardworking and motivated individuals. Their expertise allows us to offer a variety of groundwork and landscaping services. BPS has a team of experienced drain technicians who work with sewer pipes and rainwater pipes. New drainage systems, drainpipe alterations and drainpipe repairs are all undertaken and completed to a high standard.
BPS are able to repair existing coving found on older properties or indeed construct identical new sections of coving or cornice and fit where necessary. We also fit off the shelf coving and cornice. Floor screed is used as a floor leveling system and is commonly used to contain pipes, services and under floor heating.
We have been cleaning gutters and downpipes since the company started in 1998. Blocked and broken gutters can cause major problems in a property and should be maintained every 6 to 12 months to ensure they remain in good working order. We have invested in new equipment for cleaning gutters called the "Gutter Vacuum".
