Due to the extreme weather last week, my boiler broke down leave my family with no hot water nor heating.
My boiler is under SSE cover, but they don't have anyone available for 2 weeks.......(Which came to the question why we should buy them) I was so despert until I came across this magic number above. David came in not only fixed my boiler, but also gave me reasonable solution to fix my condense pipe routing issue, which came with the house. And not to mention he also fixed central heating controller, (which the SSE engineer never understood the problem) and couple of radiators.
It's so hard
