Report
We were very disappointed with our install and, mostly, the customer service from Barbara Genda. They installed the wardrobes incorrectly, with the doors being bowed in the middle, leading to chipping and scraping of the doors when opening and closing them. After asking Barbara for A YEAR to come back to fix, and her refusing to do so, we ended up filing a claim with the furniture ombudsman and won the claim. This meant the team had to come back to fix the wardrobes, but were very reluctant to do so and rude throughout, even when the ombudsman had stated the wardrobe doors were clearly faulty.
