I contact them for a outdoor vent installation for my kitchen hood, after a promise of a visit 3 weeks ago they never reply with a date or nothing, I rang them 4 times requesting any update for a visit and the reply was we will contact you....well it never happened...I strongly suggest if not willing to do the job say not interested or we are busy, lost 3 weeks for a job a needed to be done ASAP thanks for making loose my time...

Excellent service! Tom Gallagher Ltd were recommended to me via a friend who will only use their services. I now know why. They were reliable, professional and all the members of staff I dealt with were polite and helpful. The work men wore shoe coverings along with face masks and gloves were applicable. An all round Excellent experience.

Recently I have had my bathroom completed with Tom Gallagher's. The office staff were amazing and very responsive. The workmen on site were very professional and worked very hard. I am really pleased with the finish. I will never be out of my bathroom, I LOVE IT :)
