Founded in 1998 by Phil Wilcox, Designscape offers a fully project managed design and build service to domestic clients, garden designers and landscape architects, covering Staffordshire Shropshire and Cheshire. We are full contracting members of British Association of Landscape Industries (Bali) and approved installers for Marshalls products.
Our ethos is to work with clients, that are looking to create a bespoke outdoor space, that will be finished to an exceptionally high standard, with an emphasis on attention to detail, craftmanship and quality materials. Our initial site visit is free of charge, however, we do charge for our design service.We only provide a design and build package and are not able to offer a design only service.

Services
We are based in Newcastle-under-Lyme which means that we are ideally situated to carry out projects throughout Staffordshire, Shropshire and Cheshire and have completed projects as far a field as Gloucester and the Lake District. Phil successfully achieved a Higher National Diploma in Garden Design from Reaseheath College in 1998.
We offer a full in house design service for any size project or, we are able to recommend selected designers that we have worked with over the years, depending upon the overall size and timescale for the project. Although all aspects of your design are important, the actual construction of the finished design is in our view one of the most important parts of the process.
That is fine, in these cases, we can usually provide an estimate for the work based on your requirements, but if you are thinking of investing a few thousand pounds in a new garden, it may be advisable to first invest in a detailed plan, this way you will be able to provide prospective contractors with accurate plans and specifications.
We can design and build a deck in your choice of material to suit every situation. Why not include lighting to make your deck a year round feature and a great place to entertain family and friends. We offer installation of premium grade western red cedar and selected hard woods, all from sustainable sources.
