We had two sets of bay windows and a spare room at the front, as well as three sets of windows at the rear of the property installed two years ago totalling a hefty spend by us... and there are still problems occurring with their installations to this day. When the windows were fitted there were gaps left in the brickwork around the windows, there were multiple points where there wasn't any sealant, and also gaps between the glass and casing on numerous panels. Worst of all... as time went on the brickwork that forms the bay at the front of the property started to sag and slide away from the house

This is the second time I've used Progress Windows and unfortunately the last. This comes after two other family members have used their service too.
We had a full house refit with new windows and doors, destruction to the main bedroom, missing window keys and missing window board end caps aside, we've been left with a cracked main bedroom window.
The fitter who installed the glass left on the Thursday over two weeks ago and all he said on leaving was that the glass would be ready "tomorrow" and they'd fit it the following week. Two weeks have passed and despite multiple promises of phone calls

I decided to replace all my windows and doors, install new sliding doors in the lounge and a large viewing window in the upstairs snug both of which would involve some structural building work.
I got a few quotes and price wise, Progress Windows were somewhere in the middle, however it was Lee their Salesman who impressed me and sealed the deal. He was not pushy and he came across as honest and trustworthy. Lee dealt with all my queries quickly and calmly.
Furthermore Progress Windows came as recommended by two local families that I knew, who had work done by them.

We ordered a front door from Progress and it went smoothly until it was nearing the delivery date and they sent someone round to measure up so they clearly had not ordered the door. A month passed and they told us they had undercharged us and needed to add another £1,000. They also presumed we wanted white side panels, WHO PRESUMES? We were mortified because we had paid a deposit for the original price. After multiple visits the salesman they told us we could have the order for the original price if we compromised and had glass side panels. We agreed to this and then the salesman

The experience we’ve had from Progress has been excellent for our comllete window and door replacement. From meeting Keith and working out our order, Martin coming so quickly to get the survey done to Alec and Phil the fitters who were efficient, tidy, friendly and did a grand job! Even managed to resolve a draughty internal garage door for us. Progress delivered on every aspect. Highly recommended!!

Paul, Derrick and the team have been really helpful in sorting out the correct type of doors and windows for our new property. They have listened to all my stupid questions and nothing has been too much hassle. Everything was explained and the prices confirmed before the deposit was paid so there was no hidden surprises upon completion of the job.
