Services
Exceed Building Services Ltd was originally formed in 1998 by myself (Chris Johnson). In 1994 after working in numerous fields I decided that I wanted to set up my own business. I undertook a fair few courses in electrical, mechanical and civil engineering. The qualifications obtained were reinforced with the appropriate practical skills obtained on numerous sites.
Servicing is extremely important in the efficient running of anything electrical or indeed mechanical. Computers need memory erasing or formatting to enable it to run faster and smoother, cars and motorcycles need servicing / tuning to again make it run smoother and more efficient as do air conditioning units.
Here at Exceed Building Services we have a team of HVAC engineers with a combined total of more than 60 years experience between them. We carry out all types of installations and servicing on Air Conditioning units (both split units and VRV / VRF systems), coolers and chillers and ducted systems and heat exchangers.
Exceed Building Services Ltd have carried out numerous kitchen and bathroom refurbishments for local authorities and have also carried out everything from replacing a washer in a dripping tap to a complete fitted kitchen with all the associated plumbing and electrical works. What's more is that when all the work carried out is complete you will see that in terms of cleanliness your premises will be in the same condition as when we arrived.

Well i dont normally write reviews but today Chris came to fit a door for me. What a splendid guy. He ended up moving a couple of sockets that i couldnt get a electrical company to do. He is such a nice bloke and i spent most of the afternoon laughing. seriously though the work was excellent and very affordable.
