This company is pathetic do not waste your money or time. The customer service is sloppy they are full of poor generic excuses for their bad service when you are waiting for delayed orders. Do not order if you want your item any time soon.

Ordered a 3 door wardrobe from onbuy, the order was late, cardboard was wet and rotten. Upon opening to packaging I could see they had sent 6 wardrobe doors instead of 3, no backs for the wardrobe, no shelf, and the panels that were sent were all chipped and damaged. Some of the damages has even been clearly repaired before they've sent the items out! Attempted to contact customer service on several occasions to attempt to get this resolved, but still haven't had a reply. The wardrobe cost £241.90 and I will be taking this further.

I bought a bed from this company from eBay. It was expected to be delivered on 18th October, thought great, get me a chance to get the keys to the property and get settled in, couple of nights on the sofa, no problems. Get a text from the courier saying it will be delivered on the 13th October, at this point I'm not sure when I'll get the keys. Get to the property, wait most of the day, and no delivery. I bought a shoe drawer from them. Of course, I got a text message from the supplier that the parcel would be between 12 and 14 did not arrive. I checked on ebay what it was said that the package was damaged. I wrote a message to them 4, they did not reply. The next day I got a reply that they would find out what was going on. They did not write. I was nervous for 4 days l. Because I couldn't find out anything. I refused to offer refunds. I said that I want to order a draw, but since it is damaged, I asked to send a second one. I didn't get any answer. When I reported it to eBay. They gave the money

I would avoid this place if you want any sort of guarantee on your purchases. I bought a brand new bed frame from them 6 months ago, and a few days ago it snapped in half. I was told by customer services that it would only guarantee the bed frame for six months. But i think most people would agree that a bed frame should last longer than that if it was good quality ? 👎
I would also like to update this review from today 09/09/21, I have also done a little research on the corona single bed frame i mentioned in the above review. It is sold by another well known furniture retailer with a 12 month

Avoid!!!!! Box came smashed to bits with foot prints all over it, no assembly instructions, parts missing and i had blatantly been sent a second hand cupboard which had marks all over it and all the screws etc just thrown into one bag (again bits missing from there) nothing but issues and fob offs when wanting to return still to this day I'm trying to send the items back joke company!!@@

If you are contemplating whether or not to buy from this company as opposed to someone else I would seriously say do not buy from this company. I bought a computer desk from here in November. It arrived in good time but on assembly had many scuffs and one part was damaged (not entirely the companies fault) and also had missing parts as it had no drawers. I contacted customer support who seemed helpful at first saying these parts would arrive with me once more stock arrived with them. 4 months down the line and I'd heard nothing so contacted again where they apologised and offered a partial refund

Absolutely shocking - avoid!!
Originally sent items in wrong colour, waited a week for these to be 'exchanged' but these were not collected. Still currently trying to get the situation resolved but it's been like hitting my head against a brick wall.
In all fairness, the correct drawers that we eventually received are of good quality so cannot fault the product.
If you do purchase anything from this company, you'd better hope that it's correct first time. After 5 live chat conversations, it's fair to say I feel very deflated and disappointed by the service I've received. I guess you get what

Avoid this seller as I have purchased a single metal bed from them. The bed makes a horrendous noise as soon as you sit on it. I tighten the screws every other day. I complained and asked for a refund. I was told that the bed was not advertised to be silent!!???
Who's going to buy a noisy bed to have a peaceful sleep. They are really rude and I wish I had only read these comments before I made the purchase. They will not respond to my emails.

Very disappointed with the quality of the product and the customer service afterwards. Home discount ltd only offer a 30 day warranty and the quality of their products are very poor. The central slat of the bed I purchased split after six weeks and so I am left with a broken bed and no refund. I bought other furniture which is of the same poor quality.
