Services
We were delighted to be awarded this remarkable contract and the opportunity of working with both Nicholas Buxton and The Morton Partnership again. Part One - to convert cattle sheds into luxury offices, along with the conversion of the milking shed into modern office space whilst retaining the exposed traditional timber framing.
We appointed G I Hutton following receipt of Planning Approval in 2016 for the design and construction of two new barn conversions. The works included the conversion of two semi-derelict barns into two new dwellings and associated services and drainage. Huttons provided clear details of the build process which was discussed with us and monthly meetings were held during the build process to assess progress and highlight any issues that had arisen.

Excellent builders. Neat and tidy even when we had moved out! Communication was great, always prompt getting back to us on queries, and guiding me through the process of what they needed and when. From start to finish it was very enjoyable and I would love to work with you again, just need to find the project! Our house and extension, garage and loft conversion all looks stunning and we’re very pleased. Many thanks.
