Would love to give Richard and the team more than 5 stars! My roof was badly storm damaged. Richard answered his phone out of hours to give me advice and came round first thing the next day to look at the damage. He and his team squeezed me in due to the nature of my problem, they worked so hard on a day when the weather wasn’t sure what it was doing in order to refit my roof before the next storm forecasted for a few days time! Without them my property would have been damaged further. They should be the 4th emergency service and I dread to think what would have happened to my home without them

Gave 1 star because there’s no option to give zero stars!
Initially I was impressed that Richard could come out so quick, and I liked he was local as I try to always use local businesses.
But after arranging to come out one afternoon and then unannounced comes in morning and then does the same the next day just coming unannounced at 8am when he knows I don’t live at the property due to renovations and then just buggers off and tells me he doesn’t like being messed around is disgusting!
I’m vertically deaf and unless I have hearing aids in, I can’t hear anything and at 8am would be
