I am Gus Pretorius, an OFTEC and Gas Safe registered Central Heating engineer living in Little Thetford 2 miles south of Ely in Cambridgeshire. I have a meticulous nature and am from the old school of workmen who take pride in their work. My aim is to provide good customer service and to share sufficient information with my customers so that they know what I have done and what might need doing in the near future.

It does not seem to be general knowledge but OFTEC is an organisation that regulates engineers in the Oil Heating industry in the same way as Gas Safe regulates gas engineers. It is important that you only use an OFTEC registered engineer to Install or service your Oil Boiler or to replace your Oil storage tank.

Exceptional service and great price. Was hired to replace a 45 year old boiler in a 200 year old house. New eco boiler installed, radiators flushed and updated, new wifi thermostats added, and even fixed an issue with the attic water tank that was not part of the original spec of work.
Was completed in a timely manner, with a competitive quote and overall we're very happy with the installation. Would recommend and will use again for future projects.

Absolutely fantastic. I would highly recommend Gus. Polite, quick and I feel he charged a fair price for the work he carried out which was to fix a fault with my boiler.

We had a problem with the boiler and were let down by British gas - Gus came out quickly and repaired the boiler at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend and use again
