The men were very helpful and friendly,but they did not cover my sofa and armchairs like i was told they would and once i got myself straight i found a lot if little digs and scratches on my sofa and the wooden legs have digs in them to not very happy with that to late to complain as i had paid up front and my removal had been done.i dont have any pets,but your guys should have covered up my sofas,they did get most if my furniture in first drop it was was very full on the van,all they had to put in second drop was 1 arm chair and my white goods,yes i gave good feedback as it wasnt till after i

We are pleased with the recent move by Heslops Removals. Ben was professional and easy to work with. The service was fairly priced. We had an unexpected move and he was able to accommodate us. His team is professional and work well together. They have great personalities that help make the whole miserable task of moving house much more enjoyable. Didn't get a chance to use Heslops as my house sale fell through shortly before the move date. Already paid a 30% deposit which they refused to refund drawing my attention to their small print saying the cancellation took place less than fifteen working days before the move. Where's the goodwill after already taking the disappointment of the lost sale? They did offer to make a discount if I used them in future but I won't take them up on this for obvious reasons.

Heslop’s were brilliant. Fast, professional and versatile. They packed up 99% of our 30+ years worth of accumulated ‘stuff’ at lightening speed on day one, leaving us with a bed, a couple of chairs and the tv for our last night. The next morning they collecting the remaining furniture and moved it all from Milton Keynes to Norfolk. Ben and his team could not have been more efficient, cooperative and friendly. With a 3 hour delay getting hold of the keys to our new home they had a long and frustrating wait following a long drive. Then they were forced by a broken paving slab by the front door

Ben and his team were fantastic and made our moving day from Milton Keynes to Northumberland 'stress free'. Ben is very professional and delivered great customer service. We were advised on how the removal would work and it was all delivered as explained. Heslop's was not the cheapest quote we received but we wanted quality and definitely consider that we had a quality move.
The entire team were friendly, efficient and nothing was too much trouble for them.
We would definitely recommend Heslop's as we have been very impressed.

Fantastic company!! We moved last week with Ben and the team, and I could recommend them enough. They were super professional, very hard working and all around lovely team. They packed up our 5 bed house in a day, with lots of care and professionalism- our 2yr old boy loved helping/ talking to them and they were fab with him - letting him sit in the lorry and pretend to drive it. On the move day we didn't get the keys until 3pm on a Friday and Ben was great about it- they didn't actually finish until nearly 7pm on Friday! So glad I went with Ben and his excellent team- they were not the cheapest

Excellent removals company! Perfect service!
Ben and his team moved us a few weeks back and I must say what a wonderful company!
We had so much stuff to move and they took care of everything including packing, couldn't of asked for any better help!
They took a lot of great care making sure everything was fully protected and safe when moving to and from.
