We strive to create buildings that not only enhance the quality of life of those using them, but that also thoroughly fulfill their function and satisfy the demands of the environmental context in which they are built. We seek a good three-dimensional use of space and a sensible relationship between the various elements providing excellent visual and design qualities.
This requires attention to detail throughout, the careful selection of high quality materials, craftsmen, contractors and equipment, as well as close monitoring of operations on site. We highly value the importance of using traditional skills and practices where appropriate with an awareness of 'green' environmental matters and sustainability.
It is necessary to make a continuous assessment of costs. A careful selection and choice of materials, contractors and suppliers, as well as maintain an analysis of time and budget targeting at each stage. It is our aim to seek low running costs and overheads throughout the life of the building.
