We're externally audited to ensure our kitchen cleaning meets health & safety legislation. No matter how effective your daily, weekly or monthly cleaning routines are there will be a progressive accumulation of soil. Particularly grease on less accessible surfaces like canopies, ducts, light fittings, floors, walls behind equipment and ceilings.
We are members of the B&ES all ventilation duct cleaning is in compliance with B&ES TR/19. Most non-domestic premises have ventilation or air conditioning installed, with ducting running through the building. Dust and debris accumulates in the ducts and becomes a breeding ground for bacteria and mould.
We're externally audited to ensure our work is in accordance to health & safety legislation. How often do you check your dryer vents? Most people presume their lint traps catch all the lint and maybe empty the trap after each load, once a week or only when it overflows. Dryers produce very large quantities of lint, which is highly flammable.

Horrible company, I ordered freezer baskets on 17th August, received the order and it was incorrect, one basket for my freezer one for a different one. Looked back and realized that I had ordered wrong baskets but as the order was shipped incorrectly it seemed a simple exchange. Whe I contacted them initially the wanted a 25 percent restocking fee (approx £30) plus another 50 pounds for the correct basket and £19.99 for shipping. This went on with the fees changing until mid October when I finally had enough and said just pick up the entire order and refund my money as the order had been incorrect

Worst service ever. Delivery never came when promised. Customer service tried to resolve this but sent delivery proof of another customer, so they clearly sent the fridge to the wrong locaiton in the first place.
I was charged a Aborted delivery £92 + vat and Restock charges (30%) £153.3 + vat . I still have no fridge and im looking for a new company now.
Scam do not buy from them.

Please stay away from this company CHS they are worst company in the world they don’t care about customers, there service it’s absolutely rubbish
I purchased one commercial chest freezer from CHS website online but they sent me wrong freezer I contacted them straight away they advised me to take a photo and send it back to customer service to deal with it but it took 2 weeks to take it back and 2 weeks waited for refund
The manager call Marcus he doesn’t care at all he puts me on hold a few times for long time then he put the phone down on me he never get back to me

After searching high and low for ages we eventually found this company C.H.S. and what a find! Fantastic service from beginning to end and we are now 100% happy with our new fly-screen door. Would not hesitate in using this company again, the operative that came out to us and made our fly screen door in his mobile workshop was terrific, totally 5 star job. Thank you so much.

I am very disappointed by their service, after ordering a product with a estimated date of 12th of August (originally ordered on the 04/08), this kept getting delayed into September. I had to chase for updates after being reassured it was on track.
The worst part is to this day I am still waiting for my refund I requested on the 12th of August!!!! I will be calling them every day until this is resolved !!!!!!!!!!!

I had been looking for a fly screen for ages until I found this company. Not only is the product exactly what I wanted but also the very friendly and efficient technician is clearly a perfectionist because it looks like the patio doors were always made with that screen and not like an afterthought. In addition to that Luther, the technician wore a facemask throughout - very Covid-safe! Another bonus is that all the major work is done in the van which means no mess or dirt on my patio! I would highly recommend this firm!
