Included in our packaging solutions is our unpacking service to unpack your belongings onto flat surfaces and the disposal of all packaging material. Using a modern range of environmentally friendly, purpose-made packing materials, our team will pack all of your possessions ready for moving.
Lund-Conlon are very proud of the service we provide our customers and we always try to minimise problems during the moving process. However, it pays to be aware that your possessions are exposed to a number of inherent risks which are outside our control whilst your goods are in transit and/or storage.

We would never use this company again. The movers they sent broke our two large wardrobes and our tv cabinet, and damaged several other items. They also smoked inside the removal van with all of our items inside, leaving them stinking of smoke; and stained our new carpets. The move took place during lockdown and they even removed their face masks mid/job. We finally received compensation from the company/insurers, however, we would have preferred to avoid all the hassle. We should have checked all of the one star reviews.

Lund’s were personally recommend by a good friend, however the service was not quite as expected.
The removal crew arrived undermanned for the task so consequently removing our furniture etc took a long time and it was just as well it wasn’t Completion Day!
We discovered we were part of a “shared load”, and a collection on route from another job. In the circumstances of Lund saving considerable £ in terms of driver and van costs I couldn’t get a reduction on the cost.
Our furniture had to be sent on in advance of us traveling to our new house and our furniture was seen in by friends

Possibly one of the most uncaring removers around. Firstly they managed to lose a bedside cabinet, one of a pair which is no longer available. They managed to break the top off a water feature, made a large dent on the top of an Ercol table and break off a corner to a book case. If this was not enough, I paid to have my cut glass and china professionally packed. The outcome was a cracked teapot to a Wedgewood set which unfortunately is no longer available. I did put in an insurance claim which was met apart from the teapot because I did not report it within the specified seven days. I would not
