Lorraine has been in industry over 19 years, started in hardware and glass, moving into windows 16 years ago.

Customer service is terrible, don’t reply to emails or voicemails. The fitters made a mess in the house, helped themselves to snacks even though it wasn’t left for them. The fitter was rude when I had concerns about the front door which wasn’t fitted correctly, he fixed begrudgingly but made me feel uncomfortable like I wasn’t allowed to share my concerns. Overall, the windows looked good but took quite a few attempts to correct a few things in the house and wasn’t happy at all with the fitters and the rest of the team on windows plus.

I work for Smartlift which supply glazing lifting machines, I assisted Gary on a installation and having watched the Windows Plus Team install 6 large glazing units for a clients new swimming pool room I have to say what professionals they are and the quality of the installation was clear to see.

I had a composite door fitted in February and absolutely fantastic. It is sold heavy high quality door and very well fitted by Dave and Luke. The fitters were really nice and fitted the door with care. All in all the whole experience was good with really nice sales person Denise. Was in touch with Windows Plus for a few months and they were very patient with me. Thank you.

Everything from start to finish has been excellent. Had two composite doors fitted to a very high quality standard. The communication via email with Denise was excellent and really helpful. The fitter worked quickly and efficiently and was very polite and professional (I forgot to ask his name).

We cannot recommend Windows Plus highly enough...everyone we have had contact with deserves a special mention...Denise & Sam in the office, Paul (surveyor) and Dave Heinz who did a first class job fitting our door yesterday and the extra attention to detail he gave to our odd shaped arch above the door. There is no hard sell with the company and the price they give you is the price FULL STOP not silly over inflated prices which other companies use and then do you a "special deal"!! The range of styles and glazing options is extremely wide and we are absolutely over the moon with our amazing new

If i could give them 6 stars i would! Windows Plus have been amazing from start to finish. Gary and all of his team were great they converted our very cold conservatory into a very warm orangery that we can now use all year round. From the brickwork to the windows everything is of high quality and if you are looking to add some more ground floor space these are definitely the guys to call thank you WIndows Plus!!!!
