We can thoroughly recommend Lousia as a cleaner. She is reliable, efficient and trustworthy. She has cleaned areas of the house that we didn't know existed and her attention to detail is faultless. The stone tiles and wooden floor look brand new again and the shelves in the bathroom have been scrubbed to remove all the limescale. G & D
