Had Spotless Cleaning UK for quite a while cleaning my windows and all was well until approx 4 months ago when twice they turned up to clean my windows with a small hose not long enough to do my back windows... I started the Direct Debit with them to make it easier to pay but found them taking more money then should have. When I called to enquire why i was told they did not know... huh ! ! ! ! ! Sorry but i cancelled everything with this company as they can not be trusted. i] to clean ALL your windows by bringing the proper equipment... 2] to take out the exact amount as agreed...
