CHeSS Architecture & Development, working from their offices in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire was formed in 2002 by Roy Lopez and Mark McFall, having worked together previously for eight years as Architect Director and Senior Architectural Technologist.
With a vast experience of working within the following sectors; private and affordable residential housing (new build, refurbishment, extension, listed buildings); commercial (offices, light industrial); schools (new build, extension, refurbishment); retail and leisure including multiplex cinema and pubs!
The directors at CHeSS work with a dedicated team of 'partners' allowing CHeSS to call on various areas of expertise, undertaking work through all stages of the construction process; feasibility studies; planning; working drawings; on site project management through to completion and handover to their clients.
