Swift Removals took all of the stress out of our moving day. The 3 men who came to move us were friendly, efficient and professional throughout... nothing was too much bother for them and we couldn't believe how quickly they managed to get it all done! Would 100% recommend any other movers who are considering using this company- we would definitely return if we move again in the future!

A Company with no Customer Focus
We accepted a quote given by a Swift Company Director (As stated on his calling card) five weeks before we had a completion date. We advised Swift a week later by phone that a provisional date of the 15th September 2021 was being pursued for completion. This was noted by Swift and they even provided boxes at a cost to us. There was no mention at the time that this was not a formal acceptance for that date. We were advised eleven days before by our solicitor that the 15th September was agreed by all parties I phoned Swift that day to advise of this date, only to

We used Swift removals for our move within Worcester city. On the day of the move Claude and Tom showed up exactly on time and got to work straight away. They were very careful when moving all our items out of our house and placing them on the van. We are yet to find anything that was damaged in the move. That's how good they were.
We didn't have to wait long for the keys to our new house. They were very good at moving the van into very tight spaces. All our stuff was promptly unloaded into our new house. They made a potentially stressful day very easy. Exactly what you want.

I have to say I was very nervous about choosing the right removals company because they all said something different and quoted vastly different prices.
I chose Swift in the end and did not regret my decision one little bit.
We purchased the Full Packing Service and Removals and everything went perfectly from start to finish. The packing was fast and efficient but carefully done.
On Removals Day, I could not believe how well they got everything packed and ready to go well in advance of our time to leave.
Equally unloading was carried out to perfection as well with all furniture reassembled
I chose Swift in the end and did not regret my decision one little bit.
