We are Gas Safe Registered (formerly CORGI) our registration number 180724 and employ only fully trained professionals for Commercial and Domestic boiler servicing, repair and replacement.We are also F-Gas Certified and registered with Refcom (www.refcom.org.uk) and again all our engineers are fully qualified to work with all types and sizes of air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
In addition to Planned Maintenance we offer a full Reactive Maintenance service which includes the replacement and refurbishment of all plant items and to our Contracted Clients, a 24 hour breakdown and emergency callout facility with a guaranteed maximum response time of 4 hours.

A planned maintenance regime not only ensures the efficient and reliable operation of your equipment but also increases its life expectancy. We can offer a tailor made PPM regime for all types of equipment based upon age, frequency of use, location and condition. Air Conditioning Systems including VRV, VRF, split systems, close control, fan coil units, VAV units.
We are currently in our 3rd year of providing PPM services to The London Underground, a contract which involves maintaining heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems serving eight buildings. These include two control rooms serving the Northern, Victoria and Jubilee lines and their associated equipment rooms which have a critical requirement for constant cooling.
All QED clients have access to our 24 hour callout facility for breakdowns and emergencies. We guarantee to respond to all emergency calls within 4 hours and provide this service 365 days per year. All calls are received and managed by our own Service Managers to ensure that all faults are dealt with speedily and efficiently.
