New Combi boiler fitted. Initial site visit by knowledgeable and helpful engineer, and job scheduled for two days later. Two pleasant guys arrived on time, did the job efficiently powered purely by tea, and left a clean and tidy site. I hadn't understood that it didnt include the timer clock - probably too much for my ancient brain to take in during the first visit - but I'm not bothered as I never used the timer on the old boiler anyway. I'm perfectly happy to use the thermostat as the control. Very satisfied.
