I arranged for a quote to get the flooring replaced in My Edinburgh flat (Which at present is empty), the first appointment was a no show as they had put the date in for the following week by mistake, and they did show up the following week - However, they have failed to provide me with a quote even after repeated attempts at calling and emailing. Avoid at all costs, total time wasters

I undertook a large project to floor a new extension. We required an additional 4sqm of wood on top of the original order. For 6 months I have been chasing UBW for this delivery. It has been an effort to get any response and when I have it has been explained as production issues, which they have no control over, transportation from Lithuania which they have no control over or UK distribution challenges. My new floor looks great, but I stare at the 4sqm of plyboard and want to cry in frustration.

Unfortunately you can not leave a zero star review !
I twice arranged to visit the showroom and on the first occasion nobody turned up , their excuse was that they thought it was the following Friday .
In order to avoid any doubt I rearranged the showroom visit via email rather than phone with a full day, date and time specified . This was replied to with a return email saying yes those timings are fine .
However , on arrival 5 minutes early and waiting for 20 minutes no show from the owner David Marcin again , no answer on the phone .
Really would you buy anything off someone who twice is

I recently had unique bespoke wood round to lay their oak engineered wood flooring and I can honestly say what a brilliant job they have done! The guys who carried out the work were excellent! They arrived at the time arranged, they were friendly and wasted no time in getting the job done to a super high standard. They tidied up before they went and took all of their mess with them. Couldn't have asked for a better job (I am constantly admiring my new floor). My home now looks like something from a magazine! I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to others! After ordering some samples from the website and seeing how they would look in our home, we decided to go for the ash engineered wood flooring. I am extremely pleased with the results. Unique Bespoke Wood were extremely helpful and customer focused right from my initial sales enquiry through to the install.
The quality of their work is fantastic and after refurbishing my living/dining area their work is positively commented upon by everyone who visits my home above everything else. In addition to the high quality work, I thought their pricing was fair and competitive. I'd highly recommend this

Was recommended them by a friend and wasn't disappointed. The salesman knew exactly what I wanted, was able to answer all my questions but wasn't pushy. My wife has very bad allergies and they provided documentation to show they use class E1 low emmision adhesive in their engineered flooring. Also they use eco friendly oils and stains then finishing the flooring. Highly recommended!
The only thing that you have to wait 3-4 weeks for the flooring you ordered, but that was fine with us.
