Can't rate these guys highly enough. super prompt, highly professional and amazing value for what they do. Compared to a mover the I had a year prior, they were so much better. handled furniture with care and went above and beyond to make the move as stress free as possible. If I ever need removal services again these will be the guys I call.

One mover made a part of our stuff fall while emptying the truck. As a result, the bed frame got broken but because it fell on me they don’t want to reimburse anything (whats that for logic !!!). It’s a disgrace.

I am only asking for you to pay for the material YOUR TEAM broke!! It had absolutely nothing to do with me! They made it fall and break!

I've used Alpha Pro Removals last week for my relocation to France. Everything went smoothly and all my items were delivered in good condition. I've only put 4 stars because the delivery happened one day later than initially planned and the price was pertty high in my opinion (but cheaper options might not provide the same quality).

I cannot recommend Alpha Pro Removals enough. I booked them for a last minute move and they fitted me in and were so accommodating. When they arrived at the flat the job was bigger than expected but this was not a problem they sorted everything with a conscientious manner, 5 stars.

After anxiously researching endlessly for a good removal company in London, we decided to go with Alpha Pro, and are so happy we did. They didn't have that many reviews on Google, and the ones that are there did not do them justice, so we are very glad that we weren't put off. Not only did they offer the most competitive price, they were top quality too. Kristina in HQ was so helpful and efficient, and the removers were careful and understanding. A seamless experience, so happy we found Alpha Pro and will definitely use them again.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality
Decent enough workers although they were late and also took longer than was advised multiple times as well as damaging some goods in the process. Also took my things to the wrong address. Management were the real reason I would never use this company again, rude through and through.
