Contacted them due to our thermostat having de-paired from the boiler, which is an issue we had once in the past and someone was able to very quickly and cheaply resolve it for us. We are not based at the property, so told them we would not be able to proceed unless they were able to commit to a short time window for arrival. They arrived an hour late and made no attempt to contact in advance. In total, the engineers took over two hours before deciding a significant amount of the system needed replacing at an additional cost to the hourly rate charged for the diagnostic. Upon seeking advice from an alternative provider, we were told that an engineer should not need to have been sent out and were pointed to a two-minute YouTube video explaining how we could resolve the problem ourselves, which we did and it is now working perfectly.

I booked in a service for my boiler as well as an installation for a nest thermostat. The engineer arrived within the bracket and was very swift. The price was reasonable, not necessarily the cheapest but I felt the quality of the work was very good and I would happily use AREN services again. I’ve already recommended them to my sister.

Needed my underfloor heating serviced as it was having a few issues, service was excellent they fixed some of the issues and identified the problem with the others. Awaiting a quote from them for the additional repairs but would definitely recommend, better value for money than home care with British Gas.

Julia and the team at Aren H&P were great - in short, we would definitely use them again!
Getting in touch with them via WhatsApp was quick and easy, Julia and the on-site engineers were always polite and accommodating, their prices are extremely reasonable and the job was done quickly.
Searching for negatives, it would have been great if the engineers could have wiped down and cleaned the fittings a little better, but that would not stop me using Aren again - they will definitely be the first people I call in future!

I supplied radiator but the Aren team arrived to install it. All very professional job, taking into account some quirks of my house (ie it's on a lean!) - new radiator looks amazing. They re-balanced the whole heating system and all works much more efficiently now. Highly recommend.

Nick from Aren was fantastic. He was reliable and really friendly. He fixed the problem in no time and was on hand for us to contact him directly if the problem continued. Aren themselves were so easy to use, I was able to send a Whatsapp message through the website and book an engineer for the following day. I would not hesitate in using Aren again.

The team from Aren plumbing provides great service installing the washing machine for me. The communication was smooth and responsive.
The engineers showed up on time and jumped on the job immediately. They patiently answered my questions and worked hard to replace the washing machine. There was a problem to remove the old water inlet, they figured out a solution quickly. All the work was done within an hour, while some well-known store JL took 4 weeks and was still not able to resolve for me.

Called re a plumbing emergency no water 10am, booked me in said be there by 5 latest, called me back twice re address details - first time forgot to take, second time, didn't take road number. Started getting worried at this point but carried on waiting until 2.30pm call to tell me not coming because she didn't think it was a serious issue because she didn't note down I'd said I had no water. But apparently its normal to cancel and this company cancels all the time according to their manager, so be aware, not likely to turn up, very likely to waste your time.

I called at about 10:30 and the problem was fixed by 3 o clock. So so pleased with the service. I was asked to send over some photos via email before the engineers arrived, which meant hat they could bring the necessary parts to fix the shower. They had it sorted within half an hour or so. 10/10 service, lovely guys and Julia on the phone was great too. Thanks all!
