We use a 3 layer built up system, with a top layer of Brown, Black or Green mineral coloured felt. If the flat roof is covered in felt this is normally stripped back to the decking.

Already had garage roof done in the new rubber roofing for my mums garage which we were happy ... I also asked for a quote for above the bay window as she was and now had new windows when I rang I said she couldn't afford the rubber so she wanted normal felting to my shock and horror they said no we not interested unless it was the rubber roofing that was that also customer service was really bad and attitude was awfull sir do you really have to speak to women like that I will not recommend you to no one she is an elderly lady housebound all you were interested was more money disgusting
