Rivendell have been amazing from start to finish, bringing out numerous samples, booking in the work and laying carpet. All communication was easy and they were very responsive. The carpet fitters turned up on time and were polite and efficient. Will definitely use them again.

We used this company about three years ago after a recommendation from a property manager we know. We were away overseas for a long period and wanted no hassle. We were advised on the type of flooring suitable for our purposes, and these were not the most expensive. We felt they knew their products and were not just out for the money, they wanted to give us the right thing. We had regular updates and photographs of the finished job. Mandy provides an excellent service, bringing a wide range of samples to your home at a convenient time so that you can choose a carpet in the place where it is to be fitted. Her knowledge about all the different carpets and flooring is invaluable, helping you to pick the right carpet for the area. As a busy business owner I didn't have time to go round all the different suppliers - the personal service that Rivendell offers is therefore cost and time saving - I wouldn't go to any other supplier.

Mandy and her team were extremely quick and efficient in providing the quotation for new laminate flooring, following a visit the property. We had plenty of flooring types and colours to choose from. Once we chose the preferred flooring, the quotation arrived swiftly and this was competitive with other quotes received. We decided to go with Mandy's company as we felt confident they could be relied upon and would do a good job. Mandy's colleague fitted the flooring in one day. He worked very well and tidied up following completion. We are very happy with our flooring and would certainly recommend
