I would like to thank Mohammed for his excellent customer service and the team who fitted the laminate flooring and carpets.
They had highlighted a problem with the sub flooring and gave me time to get it fixed so the laminate flooring wouldn't get damaged when installed. The carpenters took there time and installed the flooring to a high standard.
no hidden extra costs and very good aftercare service as a problem with the subfloor under the carpet had developed. A carpenter had been arranged to safely remove the carpet and then placed it back with new underlay once the issue was fixed.

Used floor express to do my bathroom and kitchen. The quality is amazing. Their fine attention to detail is second to none. Measuring up to quotations was easy.
Called carpet right, and another company and its like they didn't have a clue, when it came to my requirements.
Would highly recommend.
Job completed on 4th of August 2021, so time will tell. So far, so good.

1. My name is not "Harish". I have no idea where that came from. My name is Amir (as shown). That probably explains why there isn't a record.
2. You are responding to this review over 2 YEARS later!
3. You joined pieces of carpet together and I was assured this would not be visible. It is clearly visible.
4. You caused damage to my newly painted walls.
5. After a while, various edges/corners of the carpet have started to come away from the floor and silver plates where doors are.

Excellent shop and excellent staff. I worked there over the holidays, and the environment is professional and inviting. Customers are treated hospitality, and fellow staff and bosses are great.
Plenty to do and a great place to gain some experience working for good employees, I would definitely reccomend the shop to a friend.
