Please, call for a quote if there is more than one bathroom in the property or if there are additional rooms such as study room, office room, second reception, dinning room, conservatory, dressing room, utility room, laundry room, cellar, attic or garage. Please note that all prices are approximate and may vary depending on the condition, the size and the location of the property.
Just wanted to let you know the cleaners yesterday did a fantastic job and I am very happy with their work. I am sure I will be in touch again soon. Payments are due after job completion. We accept cash, checks and card payments. There is a 3% surcharge for all credit card transactions. If you think that you won't be able to return to the property at the end of the clean, then you can pay the cleaners before you leave. If you are paying by card, you have to provide your details when making the booking as a guarantee.
One of the clauses in almost all tenancy agreements requires the tenants to have the rented property professionally cleaned at the end of their tenancy. Some people prefer to do the cleaning on their own, but they always realize how difficult and time-consuming it might be. Smart people prefer to hire a professional cleaning company to do the end of tenancy cleaning.

UNRELIABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL
The worst company to deal with and I would NOT trust them when it comes to a time sensitive cleaning. Did not show up on time, no office or phone number provided, the cleaners did not call when they were outside, did the moving out clean not thoroughly enough, had stains and dirt left in oven, sink etc. And did not compensate, AND A FREE RECLEAN WHEN TIME IS IMPORTANT AND YOU MOVE OUT IS NOT ENOUGH.
AVOID!

Unfortunately a thoroughly unsatisfactory experience. Cleaning was to a very poor standard indeed, the extent of this only discernible after the cleaners had left, when it became evident that they had not moved furniture to clean behind or beneath, floors were not properly mopped or vacuumed, and a sticky residue was left on laminate floors. NOT to be recommended.

I organised a deep clean of my apartment, 2 cleaners were meant to come for 3 hours. After 2.5h I already had a missed call from the cleaner, which means they didn't even clean the full 3 hours. When I came back to my flat it was like they had never been there.
There was no smell of cleaning product, no sign of using a mop on the floor, they hadn't even bothered to vacuum clean behind the doors or under my sofa!! And I had specifically asked to focus on floors and windows - the window in the bedroom was untouched.
Extremely disappointed and the company is not offering any solution - no refund

I can only echo the majority of comments here. Total chancers who make money from one off customers. They may have given the cheapest quote but there is a reason for this. We needed a flat cleaned for a new tenancy however after their visit I could not tell the difference. They literally had not cleaned anything to standard with dirty windows, floors, sinks and they had not even moved the fridge. Utterly disgusted with their response "the service is not guaranteed" and they showed no will to apologise let alone return to the property. This "business" is better left alone when choosing a professional

DO NOT use this company. Utterly useless, unprofessional. Two shifty cleaners turned up late, stinking of cigarettes. They had not been briefed, did not have the right tools and couldn't speak English. I felt so uncomfortable I had to ask my other half to stick around in the house with me. I had specifically booked a deep clean, explaining in depth… to the head office what we need but these guys were not deep cleaners, they dragged out the time they had cleaning my bathroom after I specifically explained I didn't need that as we have a regular cleaner. Also don't understand the point of

Had the absolute worst experience with this company - wouldn't even give one star!! They have no idea how to clean. Used them for an End of Tenancy cleaning - spent 6 hours re cleaning after they came twice!! Have pictures to prove how awful the work was, don't use under any cost! Attitudes were also awful!

Avoid this company like the plague! I got them to come and clean my newish carpets I was told they would take 4-5 hours to dry, nope they were still sticky at 11pm that night! by the following morning the smell off my good carpets was horendous it semlt like sickness all over the top of my house, and the rug they supposedly cleaned was still dirty I called them up and complained and was met with the excuse oh it must be because your carpets are wool and sometimes when you wet wool they can smell like s**t!!! then if that wasnt bad enough, the female kept talking over me when I tried to say my carpets

Utterly appalling company. I have used them a few times, both for my house and the house that I rent out. The last time they cleaned my house, they damaged my wooden kitchen counters quite badly. Although they didn't want to admit responsibility, in the end they reduced the fee by £40. Assuming this was a one off, and as they did a good job on the rest of the house, I booked them for a pre-tenancy clean, and once again, the kitchen counters are covered with scratches and gouges damage caused when the cleaned the parts of the oven interior.
