When went in store asked questions said "it's unbelievable" what I am asking. A guy came home to measure for carpets and left home saying how can he measure. Sorry.
Just because we moved in a week ago, the house was clearly a mess. They don't seem to be in need of customers. Very impolite behaviour. Don't waste your time.

We bought flooring from them and had their own recommended installers come and put in screed and laminate. There were a couple of issues we wanted to discuss. Despite many many requests and phone calls to both them and the installers, no one has even visited in over a month (we live less than half a mile away).

We recently had a Castello laminate floor supplied and fitted by Value Floors.
We were served by Kieran who was very helpful in-store advising us on additional incizo profile strips/door strips to match and complete the look, we paid the extra money to have these strips.
The fitters came and quickly fitted the laminate flooring. We would recommend briefing the fitter on your requirements when they arrive as they were unclear on the finer details such as trim and finishing discussed in-store.
Later that day we noticed that the strip around the fireplace and doorways was a slightly different shade

I hired valuefloors to do the floors in my old dated house.
Trevor turned up the survey all downstairs floors and got back to me via email with prices and suggestions of what would suit me.nice chap very knowledgable.
A date was set and the bill was all organised via trevor on email,which suited me.
The fitter let himself into my house as i was at work and worked straight through to 6.30 pm to finish the job..
i decided on quickstep impressive laminate(SCRAPED OAK GREY BROWN).
And it has totally transformed my house excellent job.
From consultation to the fitted job the process was effortless

Stay Away.
I found them to be cheapest so decided to go with them. However wish i paid extra.
First they advise delivery within 5 working days, this turned out to be 10.
Laminate flooring quality is shocking, i believe them to be selling seconds. Also items missing of the delivery which finally turned up a month late. This was then the wrong item.
When i rang to complain how poor the flooring was (politely i must say) they would put the phone down, refuse to give you the name of the manager etc. very childish behaviour!

Ordered item (sealant) on EBay. Wrong item delivered. Complained. Right item delivered but had cured (aged) in tube and couldn't be used. Complained. Had to call several times. Eventually got promise of delivery and then, unexpectedly got a refund. So weeks later, loads of inconvenience and chasing I'm back to square one.
Despite not delivering they are still listing the item - be careful with your money.
This was a low cost item - I certainly wouldn't trust them with anything substantial!

Don't use this company. I bought £285 laminate floor and when it arrived it was the wrong colour. I sent it back and 4 weeks later still no refund despite telling me weekly it was being credited back to my account. I then received a letter saying that they were unable to give me my money back as they had been a victim of credit card fraud and it was being investigated and were unable to give ant refunds. I explained that I had paid by debit card but they still refused to refund my money. The manager was so rude to me that I ended up in tears. Please do not give your money to this "company
