New Leaf Property Development and Maintenance Ltd are a family run business based in Chippenham, Wiltshire. Company Director Simon Capp is responsible for project management and all aspects of construction while his wife, and Company Secretary, Nikki Capp, takes care of the day to day administration of the firm.
Our award winning team offer a wide range of services from small single room renovations to large extensions, property conversions and Listed Building renovations. Simon Capp's vast experience, not only as a Master Carpenter and Project Manager, but within the building trade as a whole, provides a unique service and peace of mind you can rely on.
After seeing the quality of work carried out to our neighbours' house by Newleaf Ltd, we arranged for them to install our new kitchen. Simon and Matt were very professional and helped us through every stage of the work from designing, installing and finishing. The care and attention to the details of the finish, large and small, could not be bettered.

When we were looking for a builder for some outside developments, a couple of friends recommended we consider Newleaf. As we discussed the work with them, we were very pleased to see them offer some fresh ideas and insight how we could achieve what we wanted and as the outline costings were acceptable, we commissioned them for the work. Newleaf removed an old building and prepared two foundations for third party structures so accuracy was key to success. Significantly, both third parties commented that the work of Newleaf was the best they had encountered, which speaks for itself.
We have since used Newleaf for stripping and replacing internal en-suite and washroom. Again the work was completed very competently and the odd unexpected problems we encountered were overcome with a rather good insight so that both rooms look even better than we had hoped.
We like Newleaf and will use them again. They are high quality builders who can turn their attention to pretty well anything and their work has been very good. They are easy to work with and we rather enjoyed having them around the house! We would strongly recommend them.
