For me Frank was exactly how I would expect a service company to be: straight forward, hassle free. He said is busy but perhaps could fit me in between jobs. He checked it as promised phoned me back and he said the day and the time. He turned up when he said he will, at 8 am, started the work, left them alone in the house as I had to go, I came back and all was done as we discussed, kept the place reasonably clean. So, for that I can only praise.
