Punch Technology's founders have been building PCs since the early 1990s, and have previously grown and sold a successful UK PC brand.
In this phase, we gather together the components for your PC either from stock or buy the parts from local suppliers. This phase is the longest of the whole process and is currently taking up to 9 days. Once we have all the components and a space in the build schedule, we release the order to be built and you get an automated email to update you.
Looking for a fully customisable Desktop PC? Whether you have a profession, a passion, or just need a powerful PC, we have tower desktop, mini PC, RGB Gaming and all the other options in between. All desktop PCs on our website come with a 3 Year, parts and labour warranty included in the price. Build and delivery times for desktop PC orders is delivery 7-10 working days from the day of the order.

Great computer and amazing customer service. I made a mistake with my original computer memory and the customer service was able to fix my order in minutes and was able to recommend a better cpu cooler because I wasn’t sure which to choose. The 2nd time I called for a separate mistake, the problem was fixed straight away by Jenni and she even gave me a Curtsy call upon delivery to check everything is okay. The computer was delivered quickly. The computer itself is built great, working great and had great cable management when I checked it 🙌🏻

Absolutely awesome service (ordered on the Monday and got it on the Wednesday) a custom build also 👐 after sales service has been amazing as well - honestly this company is amazing, I even had a phone call to… confirm everything and the advisor recommended a few things that would make my machine run even better. Honestly this company is amazing and deserves 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I needed help in deciding which gaming pc to buy my son. I rang a few times and received lots of help and support, I thought they were that good we ended up buying one for my nephew too :o) I had updates and received my pcs via DPD with a hour time slot. I purchased one of PT's computers, cost me £1,200 from, eBuyer - I was unlucky and got one out of the bunch that had a fault. I called up PT tech line and Sion connected to my computer and detected the problem, a faulty GPU - after discussing it with him, they sent a courier today to pick it up to investigate the GPU. I can't fault their customer… service, I'm a wreck and already miss the computer but they assured me that the system will be fixed ASAP and returned. Also, I paid to get the PSU upgraded whilst it's at their place and will fit it for me. Will change the review once I
